Returns or Cancellation Policy
We are incredibly appreciative for your donation. Generally speaking, donations are not refundable . However, if you have made an error or have a change of heart, please email or call us. Assuming your funds have not already been allocated for an award, we will make every effort to return your donation.
Privacy Policy
We do not share your information with third parties. Your information is used solely for us to make our awards. The Donors Fund operates on the assumption that donors wish anonymity.
In some instances, donors who wish to be in contact with award recipients can do so through our offices, thus retaining their anonymity. A donor may decide, however, to waive anonymity to be in direct contact with recipients. Once this occurs, the Donors Fund is not responsible for any violations of privacy that occur due to the actions of award recipients.
